Ross began playing the guitar (badly!) at the age of 12 and began playing in local bands a short while later.
After a short period hosting a 50s style rock'n'roll show on BBC Radio Medway, he resumed his music career touring, managing and promoting bands including three top ten hits in Japan with with a group he managed called Ouch.
He spent a period as in-house producer at Gary Numan's Rock City Studios in Shepperton. During this period he also did some songwriting with Suzi Quatro.
Ross was also a successful radio promoter (plugger) in and out of Radio 1 & 2, Capital, Luxembourg and others.
After a few years out of the music industry, Ross returned to the industry in 2012 with probably some of his best songs yet including TEMPTATION ROAD (the name of his new band) rated by music impressario Mike Batt as a 'great song', and the very catchy REVERBERATION.
